1. Participate in the recruitment process for permanent and temporary positions at the headquarters, including understanding needs and attending briefing sessions with hiring managers.
2. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as personnel requests and updating recruitment tools.
3. Publish job advertisements on various platforms and autonomously identify, pre-select, and reference candidates.
4. Draft reports on pre-qualifications, reference checks, and interviews.
5. Monitor innovative sourcing practices, including social media and recruitment agencies.
6. Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process until the final decision is made.
7. Assist with interim recruitment, coordinating with agencies and managers, and managing contract administration.
8. Track recruitment KPIs to ensure a clear and updated view of ongoing and upcoming recruitments.
9. Participate in cross-functional recruitment projects, such as integration seminars, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

1. Currently seeking a 1-2 year internship starting in September as part of a Master's program in Human Resources.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Interest in recruiting diverse profiles in a dynamic international context.
4. Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

No specific experience required, but an interest in human resources and recruitment is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
