Sephora Recruitment and Employer Branding Coordinator

- Conduct comprehensive and autonomous recruitment processes for all field positions within Sephora stores in Poland.
- Support recruitment processes for the Czech Republic in accordance with established collaboration guidelines within Sephora Poland and Czech Republic.
- Lead employer communication projects both externally and internally, enhancing existing tools and developing new ones in coordination with the company's headquarters in France.
- Maintain consistent external employer communication through social media activities and internal communication via available channels based on the approved strategy.
- Actively support HR tools such as Candidate Experience Surveys, Exit Interviews, and Employee Referral Programs.
- Participate and actively fulfill tasks related to Corporate Social Responsibility projects and initiatives supporting Diversity & Inclusion.
- Manage statistics and reports within HR indicators and company-wide KPIs.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to support development, training, and payroll projects.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a retail company.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive recruitment processes for sales and support positions, regardless of level.
- Experience in managing internal and external employer communication.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Czech is an advantage.
- Higher education, preferably in economics, psychology, social sciences, communication, or management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous work capability and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and excellent writing skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
Higher education, preferably in economics, psychology, social sciences, communication, or management.
