1. Conduct comprehensive and autonomous recruitment processes for all field positions within Sephora stores in Poland.
2. Support recruitment processes for the Czech Republic in accordance with established collaboration guidelines within Sephora Poland and Czech Republic.
3. Lead employer communication projects both externally and internally, enhancing existing tools and developing new ones in coordination with the company's headquarters in France.
4. Maintain consistent external employer communication through social media activities and internal communication via available channels based on the approved strategy.
5. Actively support HR tools such as Candidate Experience Surveys, Exit Interviews, and Employee Referral Programs.
6. Participate and actively fulfill tasks related to Corporate Social Responsibility projects and initiatives supporting Diversity & Inclusion.
7. Manage statistics and reports within HR indicators and company-wide KPIs.
8. Collaborate with other HR teams to support development, training, and payroll projects.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a retail company.
2. Experience in conducting comprehensive recruitment processes for sales and support positions, regardless of level.
3. Experience in managing internal and external employer communication.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Czech is an advantage.
5. Higher education, preferably in economics, psychology, social sciences, communication, or management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.

Higher education, preferably in economics, psychology, social sciences, communication, or management.
