1. Monitor and manage Sephora's French leases portfolio, encompassing over 300 retail locations.
2. Provide expert advice on real estate commercial law and construction law.
3. Negotiate leases, renewals, amendments, and protocols related to real estate assets.
4. Manage pre-litigation processes, develop strategies, and oversee litigation in collaboration with external legal counsel.
5. Collaborate with Expansion, Construction, and Operations teams, offering daily support.
6. Contribute to the training of operational teams and stay informed on legal and regulatory developments.

1. Master's degree (Master 2) in real estate law, business/contract law, or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience with a retailer, lessor, or specialized law firm.
3. Expertise in French commercial real estate law and construction law.

2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
3. Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with legal proficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in commercial leases with a retailer, lessor, or specialized law firm.

Master's degree (Master 2) in real estate law, business/contract law, or equivalent.
