- Support the estimation of all capital projects and conduct sales and cannibalization analysis for strategic planning.
- Manage and analyze data related to the brick-and-mortar fleet, ensuring data accuracy and developing templates for internal reporting.
- Perform detailed analysis on sales performance and cannibalization impacts for new store growth evaluations and real estate forecasting.
- Review and revise capital estimates from external pricing teams, aligning with current design, company strategy, and real estate committee meetings.
- Maintain a historical capex database to inform future store estimates and perform routine hindsighting to identify cost trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact with cross-functional business partners to aggregate current pricing for all capital projects.
- Build integration capabilities between multiple data platforms to streamline reporting and enable self-service access.
- Maintain key database information related to the brick-and-mortar fleet, e-commerce, and competitors for departmental use.
- Support the strategy team by fulfilling data requests for leadership presentations and creating streamlined presentation decks.
- Assist other departments within Store Development by producing key data reports from the central system.
- Coordinate with the workflow team to manage new estimate intake processes and liaise with EPMs on delivery dates for new store pipeline deals.
- 3-5 years of retail experience, ideally with a focus on large data sets, analysis, and construction/estimating.
- Extremely high attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong technical skills in Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau are advantageous.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
