Sephora Quality Manager

- Manage the Quality team responsible for product homologation, quality control, and quality issues management.
- Recruit and develop team members to ensure expertise and business continuity.
- Organize and manage team workload and resources, including budget and operating costs.
- Participate in the establishment and improvement of the quality system to ensure compliance with global regulations and Sephora Collection standards.
- Perform quality risk assessments throughout project stages to identify technical risks and plan mitigations.
- Ensure smooth execution and optimization of quality processes to guarantee product quality in the market.
- Manage non-conformities and complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Consolidate and analyze KPIs and dashboards, promoting them internally and with suppliers.
- Manage cross-functional and continuous improvement projects, including tool and process implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate external service providers' performance.
- Participate in defining and executing the audit program for suppliers and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22716 and applicable quality assurance processes.
- Master's degree in a scientific field, such as engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Quality role.
- Fluent in English.
- Dynamic and agile approach.
- Rigorous, analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset.
- Interest in operational aspects of the role.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic formulation, packaging, risk assessment tools, and Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716), MOCRA, CSAR, OTC.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality role.
Master's degree in a scientific field, such as engineering.
