1. Collaborate closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure product quality during launches.
2. Participate in risk analyses and determine action plans and specific test protocols.
3. Define and monitor homologation plans during development and industrialization phases.
4. Conduct industrial trials and document findings.
5. Establish product specifications and control ranges.
6. Oversee the control of bulk, semi-finished, and finished products with suppliers and quality assistants.
7. Manage non-conformities and follow action plans for launched products.
8. Address market feedback and customer complaints.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support suppliers in meeting Sephora Collection's quality standards.
10. Report performance indicators internally and externally.
11. Apply ISO 22716 standards and other regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably from an engineering school or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within the cosmetics industry.

1. Proficiency in operational English.
2. Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716).
3. Knowledge of packaging and formulation is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Negotiation skills and adaptability.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar quality assurance role within the cosmetics industry is required.
