1. Manage and monitor supplier and subcontractor relationships.
2. Oversee the signing of specifications and other contractual documents.
3. Guide suppliers and subcontractors in meeting quality requirements.
4. Plan and conduct audits, validate reports, and track action plans.
5. Lead the annual control plan, order products, and coordinate with laboratories.
6. Review batch records and address non-conformities as necessary.
7. Draft reports on non-conformities and deviations related to quality management systems.
8. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality management issues.
9. Participate in strategic action plans related to quality assurance activities.

1. Bachelor's degree +5, ideally in Biological Engineering, Professional Master's, or Pharmacist with an industrial focus.
2. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

1. Proficiency in applicable Quality standards and methodologies.
2. Operational command of English, both spoken and written.
3. Dynamic and agile approach.
4. Meticulous, analytical, and structured mindset.
5. Strong team spirit and communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, ideally within the cosmetics sector.

Bachelor's degree +5 in Biological Engineering, Professional Master's, or Pharmacist with an industrial focus.
