- Administer the electronic document management system (EDMS).
- Draft and format documents within the documentary system in accordance with process changes.
- Oversee metrological controls on laboratory equipment.
- Conduct presentations on quality service activities for new employees.
- Support the Quality Assurance department in improvement projects.
- Currently enrolled in a scientific program at a BAC +5 level, such as an engineering school or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and dynamic engagement skills.
- Proficiency in operational English and cosmetic quality standards.
No specific prior experience required, but engagement and organizational skills are essential.
Currently pursuing a BAC +5 level scientific education.
