1. Analyze and process quality feedback related to products sold in Europe.
2. Record received information and inspect defective products.
3. Identify recurring quality issues and inform Quality Study Officers.
4. Contact brands to inform them of issues and track their action plans.
5. Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators related to customer feedback.
6. Conduct quality control on products from exclusive brands according to internal standards.
7. Perform organoleptic and functional tests on products from the warehouse.
8. Coordinate the dispatch of samples to partner laboratories for microbiological analysis.
9. Record analysis results in the internal system and alert in case of anomalies.
10. Contribute to market release decisions by approving or blocking products at the warehouse.
11. Engage in cross-functional projects within the Quality department.
12. Monitor the quality of one or more brands, analyze and present KPIs in team meetings.
13. Participate in continuous process improvement and contribute to tool development and document management.

1. Scientific education, ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (BTS, BUT, Master, or engineering school).
2. Experience in the perfume or cosmetics industry through internships or practical experiences.
3. Previous experience in a Quality department in cosmetics or a related industry is advantageous.

1. Proficient in standard office software.
2. Ability to work in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong communication skills and autonomy in task management.
4. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Pragmatic and organized approach to daily tasks.
6. Attention to detail and team spirit.

Beginner level experience, ideally with exposure to the cosmetics or related industries.

Scientific education, Bac+2 to Bac+5 level.
