Sephora Quality Assistant Intern

- Analyze and process quality feedback related to products sold in Europe.
- Record received information and inspect defective products.
- Identify recurring quality issues and inform Quality Study Officers.
- Contact brands to inform them of issues and track their action plans.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators related to customer feedback.
- Conduct quality control on products from exclusive brands according to internal standards.
- Perform organoleptic and functional tests on products from the warehouse.
- Coordinate the dispatch of samples to partner laboratories for microbiological analysis.
- Record analysis results in the internal system and alert in case of anomalies.
- Contribute to market release decisions by approving or blocking products at the warehouse.
- Engage in cross-functional projects within the Quality department.
- Monitor the quality of one or more brands, analyze and present KPIs in team meetings.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and contribute to tool development and document management.
- Scientific education, ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (BTS, BUT, Master, or engineering school).
- Experience in the perfume or cosmetics industry through internships or practical experiences.
- Previous experience in a Quality department in cosmetics or a related industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in standard office software.
- Ability to work in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Pragmatic and organized approach to daily tasks.
- Attention to detail and team spirit.
Beginner level experience, ideally with exposure to the cosmetics or related industries.
Scientific education, Bac+2 to Bac+5 level.
