- Manage customer dissatisfaction related to product quality across all brands in the European market.
- Record information and inspect defective products.
- Identify and report recurring product quality issues to Quality Study Officers.
- Communicate verified issues to brands and establish regular follow-up.
- Prepare, interpret, and share KPIs on customer dissatisfaction with the team.
- Conduct quality control of products according to departmental quality procedures.
- Perform and record organoleptic, functional, and microbiological tests on warehouse samples.
- Report non-conformities to Quality Study Officers for action.
- Send products to partner laboratories for microbiological analysis.
- Record analysis results and release blocked references for market distribution in the internal management tool.
- Engage in additional cross-functional tasks based on profile and workload, such as brand management, KPI presentation, process optimization, document system review, and enhancement of the internal management tool.
- Scientific education with a minimum of Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) or higher (Master's, Engineering School).
- Experience in the perfume and cosmetics industry through significant internships.
- Previous experience in a cosmetic product quality department is ideal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Autonomous project management capabilities.
- Pragmatic and organized work approach.
- Attention to detail and team spirit.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Competent in common computer tools.
