- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Customer Service partner to ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met across 11 European countries.
- Identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction and implement prioritized action plans.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including the creation of training materials and conducting train-the-trainer sessions both remotely and in-person.
- Maintain and update initial training systems to ensure relevance and field adaptation.
- Propose and launch new initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role focusing on training and quality management.
- Proven track record in managing external partners.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
- Data-driven decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and autonomy.
