1. Support the Marketing, Communication, and Intellectual Services Purchasing team with strategic data analysis and strategy definition.
2. Develop strategic recommendations and communication materials in PowerPoint format.
3. Manage operational tasks including the launch and follow-up of tenders, encompassing briefing, negotiation, and comprehensive analysis of cost, quality, timelines, and CSR aspects.
4. Conduct Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities such as sourcing, referencing, and updating the supplier database.
5. Assist in CSR and innovation monitoring for implementation within relevant categories.
6. Contribute to the VM360 project and other initiatives as opportunities arise.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.

No specific prior experience required; however, a proactive and adaptable approach is essential.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
