1. Manage supplier relationships, including contributing to supplier knowledge and monitoring service quality.
2. Participate in updating supplier mapping and performance reviews.
3. Assist in dispute resolution and update CSR data in internal tools.
4. Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
5. Manage new product launches by analyzing project briefs and identifying purchasing needs.
6. Propose supplier panels aligned with strategic goals and launch calls for tenders.
7. Perform margin simulations and participate in pricing negotiations.
8. Monitor and manage performance indicators, generating reports and updating data in SAP.
9. Contribute to budget preparation and stock monitoring.

1. Business/engineering school degree or Bac + 5 university course with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. Approximately 2 years of experience.

1. Strong knowledge of promotional items, packaging, or make-up/skincare.
2. Ability to adapt to an international environment.
3. Leadership and management skills, including negotiation and strategic vision.
4. Organizational skills and ability to work in project mode.
5. Team spirit and collaborative nature.
