1. Manage supplier relations, ensuring quality service and execution of requested services.
2. Develop and master knowledge of suppliers and the upstream market, including sales, industrial facilities, and market entrants.
3. Collaborate with strategic suppliers and manage supplier mapping.
4. Monitor and report on suppliers' CSR performance and manage supplier performance reviews.
5. Negotiate and monitor RFAs and manage suppliers' industrial capacities.
6. Participate in business continuity planning and implement continuous improvement with suppliers.
7. Manage new product launches, including purchasing packaging and services, and negotiating prices and conditions.
8. Monitor and analyze project margins and generate performance reports.
9. Enter purchasing data in SAP and manage supplier listings.
10. Participate in tool development projects and manage cross-functional projects as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Purchasing.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing.
3. Professional proficiency in English.

4. Ability to adapt to an international environment and collaborate effectively.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing, with a good understanding of promotional items, packaging, or skincare.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Purchasing.
