Sephora Project Manager, Store Development Purchasing

- Manage owner-supplied construction materials and fixtures for store development.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of fixture repairs and maintenance requests across multiple stores.
- Provide financial forecasts based on floor plans, order grids, and CER documents.
- Issue purchase orders and reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with payment terms and project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital project planning needs.
- Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Track projects and provide close-out documentation to Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience in a retail environment, purchasing, or facilities management.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, or Service Now.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet software.
- Understanding of retail store layouts, merchandising, and fixture installation.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure.
- Strong partnership-building skills with field leadership and cross-functional teams.
5+ years of project management experience in a retail environment, purchasing, or facilities management.
