1. Manage the brand update process, coordinating with brands, fixture companies, and graphic companies.
2. Oversee milestone management, ensuring timely updates and edits to project schedules.
3. Lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple brands/categories.
4. Facilitate weekly update meetings and conference calls with internal and external teams.
5. Ensure timely delivery of fixtures and products to stores.
6. Calculate weekly store workload and coordinate with the Workload Optimization Team.
7. Approve planograms and instruction sheets before updates are shipped to stores.
8. Lead prototype reviews and provide feedback on store and fixture designs.
9. Collaborate on cross-functional strategies and initiatives for brand retrofits and store planning.
10. Maintain and update Vendor Scorecard documents and processes.

1. 2-5 years of project management or creative management experience.
2. Ability to travel independently and manage physical setup of visual displays.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and Adobe Suite.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

2-5 years of project management or creative management experience in a retail or related industry.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $106,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
