Sephora Project Manager - Property

- Lead the end-to-end construction process for new store openings and refurbishments, from initial planning to final handover.
- Manage and coach Assistant Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Head of Property and Development, Legal, Business Support, Architects, and Designers, to align on project objectives.
- Manage external vendors, main contractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with Sephora's standards of excellence.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Create detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and address risks proactively to keep projects on track.
- Oversee on-site works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Sephora's design standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance and ensure snagging and close-out are completed to specification.
- Prepare regular progress reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and financial updates.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory certifications are in place prior to store openings.
- Support Sephora’s sustainability goals and align with LVMH construction guidelines.
- Travel regularly to project sites across the portfolio.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, MAPM, MCIOB) is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and luxury retail design standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of budget management and risk management principles.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within luxury retail or high-end commercial environments.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
