Sephora Project Manager

- Lead and coordinate all phases of POS solution delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality deployments.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, including POS version rollouts, payment integrations, fiscal and legal adaptations, and international expansions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to navigate complex stakeholder environments and ensure alignment.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, proactively identifying solutions to mitigate potential delays or obstacles.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance store operations and improve user experience.
- Adapt to evolving IT and retail landscapes, demonstrating agility in managing changing priorities and project scopes.
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the retail sector or on POS-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technology projects on time and within scope, particularly in complex, multinational environments.
- Experience managing POS system upgrades, fiscal and legal compliance changes, payment integrations, or large-scale retail technology deployments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and store operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and business partners.
- Structured, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and achieving results.
- Experience with Diebold Vynamic POS or similar POS solutions is advantageous.
