Sephora Project Manager

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with Sephora Italy's strategic goals.
2. Lead and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments and external partners.
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks.
6. Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
7. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting achievements and risks.
8. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Significant experience (8+ years) in project management, particularly in retail operations or marketing.
3. PMP or other recognized project management certification is highly desirable.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.
