Sephora Project Manager

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with Sephora Italy's strategic goals.
- Lead and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting achievements and risks.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in project management, particularly in retail operations or marketing.
- PMP or other recognized project management certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Exceptional cross-functional team coordination and leadership abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A minimum of 8 years in project management, with a focus on retail operations and/or marketing projects.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
