Sephora Project Manager, Merchandising Operations

- Oversee and optimize the utilization of merchandising tools and systems by internal teams and external brand partners.
- Regularly report on performance metrics, collaborating with IT and merchandising teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
- Manage communications and provide support related to system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for effective tool usage.
- Coordinate the implementation and consolidation of new and existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Evaluate and improve current workflow processes in collaboration with merchandising and tech leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on tech software strategy and program management.
- Proven experience in change management across large organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multi-faceted and complex organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and business partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Asana is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar project management role, particularly in leading large-scale tech software initiatives from inception to implementation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
The annual base salary ranges from $99,790 to $111,530, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
