1. Manage a portfolio of product development projects in makeup or skincare/bath categories.
2. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Formula Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
3. Ensure product launches are developed with the right quality and cost.
4. Coordinate project management from conception to market launch.
5. Study project feasibility, identify risks, and determine action plans.
6. Participate in supplier portfolio management.
7. Lead innovation projects and propose new processes and best practices.
8. Secure project pre-feasibility by coordinating with Operations and Marketing experts.
9. Manage project costs throughout development.
10. Organize and lead project follow-up and feasibility meetings.

1. Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent university degree.
2. Over 6 years of professional experience in development or project management.
3. Strong knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in industrial, cosmetic, or food sectors.
4. Professional proficiency in English.

More than 6 years in development or project management roles.
