Sephora Project Manager, Client Services

- Lead and manage high-visibility projects within Client Services to enhance operational efficiency and the omni-channel client experience.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and team members to align project timelines and strategies with company initiatives, policies, and processes.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and results of various projects, including pilot programs, promotions, software launches, and operational improvements.
- Streamline and document project progress to ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability for deliverables.
- Facilitate project coordination, including meeting planning and follow-up on deliverables.
- Create documentation and communications to support change management initiatives.
- Engage with leadership and internal/external partners to drive strategic business projects.
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a focus on execution, organization, and integration.
- 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Retail, and/or E-commerce.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in change management and strategic planning.
A minimum of 4 years in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Client Services, Retail, or E-commerce environments.
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,810.00 - $111,530.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
