Sephora Project Manager Assistant Intern

- Assist in organizing training events and managing expert communities for Sephora University.
- Support the Director of Sephora University and the PMO team with various administrative tasks, including budget requests and order management.
- Maintain Qualiopi certification standards through constant monitoring and follow-up.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders.
- Support the Retail Coaching and Trainer’s Empowerment & Development Program, both online and in-person.
- Publish high-quality content on Sephora University's social media channels, aligning with the overall strategy.
- Manage external communication for team projects and draft the quarterly newsletter.
- Coordinate with internal communication teams to provide content on projects.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, HR, or equivalent Master's program.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and maintain a 360-degree project vision.
- Versatility and autonomy are essential traits.
- Excellent communication skills in an international context.
- Creativity in event organization for trainers and team.
- Understanding of successful social media communication strategies.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, HR, or equivalent.
