- Coordinate and lead projects from Marketing Brief to warehouse availability.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Supply, Marketing, and Finance.
- Conduct project feasibility and risk analysis to identify risks and ensure successful project execution.
- Lead Pilot Meetings to provide an end-to-end project overview and address unresolved issues.
- Facilitate decision-making and maintain effective communication flows.
- Manage a team of 4 Project Managers, guiding and developing the team.
- Propose new processes, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Rationalize best practices between Make-Up and Bath/Care segments.
- Monitor team workload, project allocation, performance, and KPI tracking.
- Engineering degree or equivalent university degree (Bac+5).
- Over 10 years of professional experience in project development or management.
- Strong knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in industrial, cosmetic, or food sectors.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Dynamic, analytical, and flexible.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
- Rigorous, structured, creative, and curious.
Over 10 years of professional experience in project development or management.
Engineering degree or equivalent university degree (Bac+5).
