- Coordinate and lead project management from marketing brief to warehouse availability, liaising with internal teams such as Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Supply, Marketing, and Finance.
- Drive projects ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives while maintaining business priorities.
- Conduct project scoping studies to identify risks and develop associated action plans, ensuring complete project security.
- Facilitate Pilot Meetings to provide an end-to-end project overview and address unresolved issues.
- Manage decision-making processes at the Marketing and Operations Director levels.
- Lead Launch Committees to update management on project risks and impacted timelines, facilitating necessary arbitrations.
- Foster a positive project environment by facilitating decision-making and managing communication flows.
- Supervise a team of four Project Managers, providing guidance and development to anticipate issues and identify solutions.
- Propose new processes, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Harmonize practices between Makeup and Bath/Skincare sectors.
- Oversee team workload, project allocation, performance tracking, and project execution.
- Support change management within the Project Management team and broader Operations.
- Engineering degree or equivalent university education (Bac+5).
- Over 10 years of professional experience in project development or management.
- Extensive knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally within industrial, cosmetic, or food industries.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Dynamic, analytical, and flexible approach.
- Strong team spirit and communication skills.
- Rigorous, structured, creative, and curious mindset.
Over 10 years of professional experience in project development or management, with a strong understanding of project methods and tools.
Engineering degree or equivalent university education (Bac+5).
