1. Assist in organizing training events, managing Expert communities, and coordinating the bi-annual Retail Training seminar for Sephora University.
2. Support the Director of Sephora University and the PMO team in various administrative tasks, including reviewing presentations, budgetary purchase requests, and orders.
3. Maintain Qualiopi certification standards through constant monitoring and follow-up.
4. Organize and coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
5. Support the Retail Coaching program, including participant tracking, presentation review, and certification management.
6. Manage internal event content for Sephora University's Instagram account.
7. Handle external communication for team projects, including drafting the monthly newsletter and coordinating with internal communication teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, HR program, or equivalent.
2. Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to take initiative and maintain a comprehensive project overview.
5. Versatility and autonomy are essential traits.
