Sephora Project Coordinator Assistant Intern

1. Support project managers in launching Sephora Favorites and various cross-functional projects in the European market.
2. Identify and select product assortments aligning with Sephora's identity and customer expectations.
3. Develop exclusive offers or loyalty programs based on CRM insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Coordinate each step of the launch process in collaboration with suppliers, brands, countries, and internal teams.
5. Contribute to the creation of 360° activation toolboxes for each launch.
6. Monitor project touchpoints including mobile apps, websites, social media, and CRM magazines.
7. Assist in creating assortments for various marketing and CRM projects.
8. Coordinate the implementation of various projects.
9. Manage and resolve daily operational issues.
10. Analyze KPIs of different projects and Sephora Favorites, and synthesize data for internal and brand use.
11. Identify performance levers and make recommendations to optimize future launches.

1. University Master's degree or business school education.

1. Rigorous, organized, and proactive.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset.
4. Good command of English.

Internship position available for 6 months starting from July 2025.
