1. Assist in organizing training events, managing expert communities, and coordinating the Graduation Ceremony and bi-annual Retail Training Seminar for Sephora University.
2. Support the Director of Sephora University and the PMO team with various administrative tasks, including reviewing presentations, handling budgetary purchase requests, and processing orders.
3. Maintain Qualiopi certification standards through constant monitoring and follow-up.
4. Organize and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders.
5. Support the Retail Coaching program conducted remotely, including participant tracking, presentation review, certification management, and communications.
6. Manage internal event content for the Instagram account @sephorauniversityeurope.
7. Oversee external communication of team projects.
8. Draft the team's monthly newsletter.
9. Coordinate with internal communication teams to provide content on projects and global HR communications.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, HR program, or equivalent (Master's level).
2. Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and French.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Creative, versatile, and motivated.
