1. Create PowerPoint presentations to support seminars and training events.
2. Provide logistical support for organizing training sessions.
3. Design resources and materials for training sessions.
4. Collaborate with project managers in organizing the Beauty Masters EME events.
5. Prepare and coordinate presentation content with the Project Manager for Beauty Masters EME.
6. Manage logistical aspects of events, including communication with partners and timely delivery of materials.
7. Independently handle administrative and logistical follow-up.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas.
9. Create content for Sephora University EME's internal platform and Instagram account.
10. Support the Pro Team in event organization and content creation.
11. Track budgets and ensure compliance with purchasing regulations.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Excellent proficiency in English and French, both oral and written.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
5. Creative thinker with a knack for innovative concepts.
6. Experience in event project management.
7. Proactive, committed, and initiative-driven.
8. Passion for social media and content creation.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
