Sephora Program Manager, Strategy Operations

- Maintain a comprehensive tracker for initiatives, questions, issues, risks, dependencies, and owners across all functions.
- Identify and flag overlaps, interdependencies, and capacity risks to relevant leaders.
- Provide structured updates to leadership on active, blocked, or decision-required items.
- Plan and execute leadership seminars, offsites, quarterly reviews, and visits from global/regional teams.
- Facilitate leadership discussions to ensure equal voice, clear decisions, and assigned next steps.
- Translate leadership direction into actionable roadmaps with clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
- Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure resolution of items; escalate as necessary.
- Establish and maintain documentation and communication standards for strategic performance reporting.
- Conduct assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Champion optimization governance to support cross-functional collaboration and organizational changes.
- 5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy execution.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from discussion to closure on time and to standard.
- Experience running executive-level meetings and forums with clear outcomes.
- Strong project management skills in tracking, follow-through, and stakeholder management.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex inputs into concise outputs.
- Expertise in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy execution.
