Sephora Program Manager, Marketing

- Manage end-to-end execution of fragrance marketing programs across all channels, including in-store, print, digital, and social media.
- Create and maintain comprehensive schedules, setting interim milestones and integrating traditional and digital media touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and other partners to ensure cross-functional milestones and timelines are met.
- Ensure timely execution of project assets to meet launch dates and conduct post-campaign reviews.
- Open and maintain project folders, ensuring all information is archived and accessible.
- Prepare agendas for planning and kick-off meetings, tracking schedules and updating reports.
- Ensure product delivery for photography aligns with schedules and identify photo shoot needs.
- Facilitate the handoff of all assets to delivery management and production.
- Identify program risks and provide mitigation strategies, advocating for process improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of budget requirements and facilitate cost-related conversations between creative and production teams.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to establish goals and foster development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of project or account management experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in scheduling and timeline management.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Budget management and cost-tracking expertise.
4-6 years of project or account management experience in a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
