Sephora Productivity Manager

- Develop and implement strategies for optimal space allocation in stores, considering customer base, market trends, and store clusterization.
- Analyze sales data and market research to inform brand space allocation decisions.
- Define and optimize assortment strategies for European markets, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize product assortment by store and customer cluster.
- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion or rationalization based on performance analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of six, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Coordinate activities between merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Economics
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytical roles within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry
- Experience in a consulting firm, particularly in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) topics, is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Minimum of 6 years in analytical roles within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in consulting firms focusing on RGM topics.
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Economics
