Sephora Production Manager

- Lead the end-to-end execution of physical marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with marketing and merchandising strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal teams, including creative, loyalty, program management, analytics, and visual & merchandising operations.
- Communicate schedules, cost options, and next steps effectively and proactively to maintain timelines.
- Clarify unclear situations by acting without all details and planning for different scenarios.
- Manage expectations and obligations with suppliers to ensure service levels meet contractual agreements.
- Oversee the full production lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring materials meet Sephora's quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional timelines and status updates, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- 4+ years in a program, project, or production management role within a retail advertising or marketing organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Creative Suite, MS Office, and Smartsheet or similar tools for budget and schedule tracking.
- Proven track record of implementing successful production management strategies.
- Experience with vendor engagement and procurement processes in a corporate environment.
- Experience with single project-based budget management, including forecasting and evaluating estimates.
4+ years in a relevant role within retail advertising or marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
The annual base salary ranges from $114,750 to $122,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
