1. Supervise the production of Christmas gift sets, ensuring final assortments and complete data availability.
2. Define all stages of the assembly process and ensure the availability of finished or semi-finished products.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners such as Suppliers and Co-packers.
4. Ensure timely delivery of projects with expected quality, capacity, and cost measures.
5. Support Packaging Development experts in designing folding boxes and ensure cost-effective assembly and packaging.
6. Establish the assembly process for RFQ preparation and evaluate co-packer quotations.
7. Create bill of materials and purchase order commitments.
8. Assist in the production start-up at co-packers and validate tertiary packaging and palletization plans.
9. Monitor timelines and regularly report development progress to immediate supervisors and project managers.
10. Identify and deploy mitigation plans as necessary.

1. Currently in the 4th year of an engineering degree (packaging, mechanical engineering, or relevant discipline).

1. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for verbal and written communication of ideas and technical justifications.
2. Curiosity, organization, autonomy, dynamism, analytical skills, and product passion.
3. Excellent English communication skills.
4. Willingness to travel if necessary.

No prior experience required, but a background in engineering studies is essential.

4th year of an engineering degree in packaging, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
