Sephora Product Manager

- Define the digital product vision for Customer & Retail Products, including positioning and benchmarking best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of Product Owners.
- Identify new user needs while considering the requirements of central business teams and various markets.
- Establish target KPIs in collaboration with business teams and monitor their success.
- Facilitate ideation and prioritization workshops.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business objectives with user needs and behaviors.
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with UX teams for mockup creation as necessary.
- Conduct Agile at Scale (SAFE) ceremonies.
- Support the Product Director and collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in large feature teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university education.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and A/B Testing.
- Strong team spirit and passion for customer-centric and business value-driven processes.
- Autonomous, methodical, and rigorous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to propose solutions to Business and Tech departments.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE).
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluent in English, essential for the international context of the role.
- Strong data focus and analytical mindset.
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within large feature teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
