1. Collaborate with stakeholders including users, business, and internal teams to understand needs and define clear product scopes.
2. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
3. Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements and priorities.
4. Support product launches and iterate on features based on performance data and user feedback.
5. Assist in key projects such as the revamp of the Rewards Boutique and enhancements to the consumer journey.

1. Proficiency in SQL.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Innovative and creative mindset with a focus on driving improvements.
5. Self-initiated with a willingness to learn.
