Sephora Product Development Financial Controller

- Define and manage the performance and profitability of new products, including margin analysis throughout the development cycle.
- Identify value creation opportunities and potential financial risks.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Purchasing, Supply, and Development to ensure economic viability of projects.
- Evaluate the profitability of product launches, including consolidated margins and impact analyses.
- Set margin objectives per product, franchise, and range in alignment with brand strategy.
- Analyze actual margins by category, identify deviations from projections, and explore optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing management processes and decision-support tools in collaboration with the Sephora Group.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management Control (BAC +5)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, preferably in a Product Development/Marketing environment
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO, Cognos, and Excel
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor and reliability
- Service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, ideally within Product Development or Marketing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management Control (BAC +5)
