1. Support the product design team in collaboration with product managers to identify opportunities and conceptualize new projects.
2. Produce low fidelity sketches and flows to validate ideas at the concept stage.
3. Collaborate with the creative department to ensure digital experiences align with brand initiatives.
4. Build prototypes for user testing and stakeholder communication.
5. Work closely with a UX researcher to test designs at various fidelity levels.
6. Produce high fidelity screen designs and provide detailed specifications to developers.
7. Engage with engineering teams to ensure final products match design intent.
8. Maintain organized design files using Sketch.
9. Network with industry leaders and peers, attending meetings with top company executives.
10. Contribute to a delightful client experience across various platforms and touchpoints.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with junior or senior standing.
2. Eligibility to graduate in 2026 or 2027.

1. Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite.
2. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting aligned with Pacific Standard Time.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in product design are beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
