2. Oversee the Skincare category within physical stores.
3. Analyze product performance, inventory levels, and sales metrics.
4. Develop and negotiate strategic actions to enhance channel growth.
5. Monitor and evaluate category performance across e-commerce and physical stores.
6. Conduct commercial negotiations with brand partners.
7. Foster internal relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Develop and track key retail performance indicators (KPIs) for categories, brands, and products by channel.
9. Create strategic initiatives and support the development of the e-commerce commercial calendar.
10. Execute pricing and promotional routines.
11. Monitor planograms, assortments, and store replenishments.

1. Previous experience in e-commerce
2. Experience in physical retail environments
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel
4. Intermediate proficiency in English
