- Develop and lead a procurement strategy focused on continuous process optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and innovation.
- Optimize the quality, reliability, and value provided by the supplier panel through proactive monitoring and development of strategic partners.
- Establish and implement a clear supplier management strategy aligned with the company's strategic and operational needs.
- Supervise the qualification and onboarding process of new suppliers.
- Measure, analyze, and manage supplier performance using objective, multidimensional criteria.
- Anticipate, evaluate, and mitigate supplier-related risks to ensure business continuity.
- Transform supplier relationships into strategic partnerships to foster innovation and mutual development.
- Oversee global negotiations for S+ activities, including multi-year agreements and framework contracts.
- Promote a co-innovation approach with suppliers to explore technological or product development opportunities.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of procurement and supplier data.
- Rationalize and automate procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative costs.
- Evolve the procurement organization towards a more strategic, proactive, and innovative role.
- Integrate sustainability and social responsibility into procurement strategy and operations.
- Over 10 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Proven track record in procurement, project management, or finance across multiple sectors.
