1. Develop and lead a procurement strategy focused on continuous process optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and innovation.
2. Optimize the quality, reliability, and value provided by the supplier panel through proactive monitoring and development of strategic partners.

4. Supervise the qualification and onboarding process of new suppliers.

8. Oversee global negotiations for S+ activities, including multi-year agreements and framework contracts.

10. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of procurement and supplier data.
11. Rationalize and automate procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative costs.
12. Evolve the procurement organization towards a more strategic, proactive, and innovative role.
13. Integrate sustainability and social responsibility into procurement strategy and operations.

1. Over 10 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
2. Proven track record in procurement, project management, or finance across multiple sectors.
