1. Provide technical leadership to drive strategic vision for Enterprise Integration Services.
2. Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide integration strategies across multiple platforms.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and technology partners to execute business priorities.
4. Continuously improve the functionality, standards, stability, scalability, and security of Integration Platforms and Services.
5. Create and execute technology roadmaps in collaboration with key executives and technology stakeholders.
6. Offer hands-on technical experience in developing integration solutions.
7. Guide a team of engineers in architecture and integration solutions.

1. 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering or architecture.
2. 15+ years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure Integration Services, Kafka, API Management, WebMethods, Apigee, Java, and Python.

1. Strong technical leadership and strategic visioning skills.
2. Ability to develop strong alliances with external stakeholders.
3. Proven experience in managing globally distributed high-performing teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

A minimum of 15 years in engineering or architecture with substantial hands-on experience in relevant technologies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $229,680.00 - $255,200.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
