- Define, design, and implement the organization's cybersecurity architecture and strategy.
- Secure web applications by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security best practices.
- Guide and mentor security engineers and architects, fostering a strong security culture.
- Develop and enforce security policies for cloud platforms, including IAM and encryption.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and recommend proactive security enhancements.
- Provide guidance on security monitoring, incident detection, and response strategies.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using automation and security-as-code principles.
- 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and CIS Controls.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different technology functions and levels.
- Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with modern cloud security architectures and DevSecOps practices.
15-20 years of web development and/or experience with programming languages, secure coding practices, and common web technologies. Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, WAFs, and vulnerability management platforms is essential.
The annual base salary range for this position is $220,030.00 - $274,100.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
