1. Define, design, and implement the organization's cybersecurity architecture and strategy.
2. Secure web applications by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security best practices.
3. Guide and mentor security engineers and architects, fostering a strong security culture.
4. Develop and enforce security policies for cloud platforms, including IAM and encryption.
5. Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and recommend proactive security enhancements.
6. Provide guidance on security monitoring, incident detection, and response strategies.
7. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using automation and security-as-code principles.

1. 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
2. Strong expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and CIS Controls.
3. Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different technology functions and levels.

3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience with modern cloud security architectures and DevSecOps practices.

15-20 years of web development and/or experience with programming languages, secure coding practices, and common web technologies. Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, WAFs, and vulnerability management platforms is essential.

The annual base salary range for this position is $220,030.00 - $274,100.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
