Sephora Principal Architect, Cybersecurity

- Design, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity architecture.
- Guide and mentor security engineers and architects, fostering a strong security culture.
- Develop and enforce security policies and controls for cloud platforms, including IAM, encryption, and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, recommending proactive security enhancements.
- Provide guidance on security monitoring, incident detection, and response strategies.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging automation and security-as-code principles.
- 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, WAFs, NDR, Bot Protection, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Strong expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong understanding of network security, application security, IAM, and data protection.
- Experience with modern cloud security architectures (Azure, GCP, OCI).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, container security, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- 2-4 years of people management experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $220,030.00 - $274,100.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
