1. Design, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity architecture.
2. Guide and mentor security engineers and architects, fostering a strong security culture.
3. Develop and enforce security policies and controls for cloud platforms, including IAM, encryption, and monitoring.
4. Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, recommending proactive security enhancements.
5. Provide guidance on security monitoring, incident detection, and response strategies.
6. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging automation and security-as-code principles.

1. 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
2. Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, WAFs, NDR, Bot Protection, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management platforms.
3. Strong expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.
4. Strong understanding of network security, application security, IAM, and data protection.
5. Experience with modern cloud security architectures (Azure, GCP, OCI).
6. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, container security, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
7. 2-4 years of people management experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $220,030.00 - $274,100.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
