- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns and brand activations across MENA markets.
- Identify and negotiate with influencers and content creators to ensure impactful collaborations.
- Maintain and update media and influencer databases for accurate contact lists.
- Manage end-to-end product seedings, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Support PR and media activations, including product launches and press events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign delivery.
- Manage and execute key commercial period projects, ensuring cohesive PR and influencer strategies.
- Support strategic communication plans for key launches and regional campaigns.
- Track PR and influencer spending to ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare and deliver reports on influencer performance and PR campaign results.
- Monitor media coverage and influencer metrics for actionable insights.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including event logistics and PR calendar updates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, social, or digital media roles, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic as an optional advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong data analytical skills and curiosity.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Good social media knowledge.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar PR, social, or digital media role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or retail sectors.
