Sephora PR & Influencer Marketing Intern

- Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Sephora Germany, Switzerland, and Scandinavia, aligning with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Manage influencer collaborations from inception to completion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and coordinate PR strategies to enhance Sephora's brand awareness in target markets.
- Draft press releases in collaboration with agencies.
- Coordinate events and press days.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align influencer marketing and PR initiatives with overall brand strategies.
- Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding campaign goals, actions, and performance.
- Act as a liaison between influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and campaign expectations are met.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Media, Communications, or Business Studies, ideally with a focus on Marketing, with availability for a full-time six-month internship.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English.
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and PR activities, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong passion for social media with a deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, media representatives, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and PR successes to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to independently drive projects forward.
Beginner level experience in influencer marketing and PR, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
Pursuing a degree in Media, Communications, or Business Studies with a focus on Marketing.
