1. Support events and special activations to enhance Sephora's regional presence.
2. Assist in building relationships with editorial teams, KOLs, and key influencers.
3. Contribute to pitching angles and securing media coverage.
4. Compile and dispatch press kits.
5. Manage finance and billing processes, including POs and invoicing.
6. Prepare post-event debriefs and coverage reports.
7. Collaborate on creative concepts for upcoming activations.
8. Update media and influencer lists.
9. Provide event support for in-store, multi-branded, and mono-branded events.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant educational background.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in Arabic and English.
3. Strong writing skills.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
