Sephora PR & Event Manager

1. Oversee and implement the PR strategy for Sephora Middle East in Saudi Arabia, a key growth market.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and media outlets in the region.
3. Collaborate with third-party partners to execute events and activities that align with the brand's DNA.
4. Manage the KSA press budget in coordination with the PR & Events Director.
5. Analyze and report on PR campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
6. Ensure all communications align with Sephora Middle East's brand image and messaging.
7. Identify and leverage key market moments to enhance brand visibility.
8. Coordinate with event agencies to execute brand-aligned events in Saudi Arabia.
9. Identify and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
10. Cultivate and manage influencer relationships, securing earned media placements.

1. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
2. Proven experience in PR and events management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
3. Managerial experience is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Strong data analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability.
4. Creative problem-solving skills.
5. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.

A minimum of 5 years in PR and events, with experience in managing campaigns across various channels. Experience in a media, beauty, or retail environment is advantageous.
