- Collaborate with the Head of PR & Communications to design and implement PR strategies.
- Manage media relations to secure consistent coverage and craft compelling press materials.
- Plan and deliver standout PR events, focusing on new store openings.
- Manage external stakeholders, such as PR agencies, to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Design and deliver engaging PR mailers for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Track and analyze PR campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
- Support crisis communication and proactive reputation management.
- Extensive experience in communications, including PR strategy, events management, and partnership execution.
- Proven expertise in Beauty PR or consumer brands, with agency experience as a plus.
- Strategic insight and creative thinking.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
- Proactive and flexible mindset.
