- Strategize and plan new areas of analytical discovery to inform CRM Programs and Personalization testing.
- Manage the end-to-end A/B testing process across various digital channels to optimize personalization and CRM.
- Collaborate with channel leads and strategy teams to identify focus areas and deep dive into data for insights.
- Oversee measurement results of Personalization/CRM A/B tests and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure test designs align with stakeholders' goals and coordinate with marketing teams for accurate execution.
- Lead quality assurance on data issues and implement timely fixes.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2C marketing and/or client analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience with A/B testing and BI tools such as Adobe Target.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to manage direct reports and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
4-6 years of experience in B2C marketing and client analytics, with expertise in A/B testing and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
The annual base salary range is $128,265.00 - $154,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
