1. Manage the implementation of core HR activities in alignment with Sephora Middle East HR Strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
2. Assist in the implementation of the employee performance management system and retention strategies.
3. Act as a Business Partner for talent management, succession planning, and performance management in the region.
4. Engage with senior business and HR stakeholders to develop a culture of talent management and define talent-related needs.
5. Support store leaders in identifying skills and behaviors required to meet future business demands.
6. Oversee the annual talent identification and review cycle, including talent calibration and succession planning.
7. Enhance leadership capabilities in partnership with the Education Team.
8. Strengthen and diversify talent pipelines for business-critical and leadership roles.
9. Monitor the effectiveness of talent management and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes according to company standards.
11. Develop and maintain a strong brand-focused environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
12. Manage employee relations, grievances, and escalations.
13. Review and enhance performance management processes.
14. Fulfill retail recruitment needs and manage the recruitment pipeline.

1. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources

1. Fluency in English and Arabic
2. Strong background in FMCG/Retail/Fashion & Apparel
3. Creative thinking and self-motivation
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum of 5 years in a People Partner role within medium to large-sized organizations.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
