- Execute HR strategies aligned with Sephora’s global and local business objectives.
- Partner with Retail leaders to drive performance, engagement, and continuous growth across stores.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process in collaboration with Store Managers.
- Review and analyze attrition data to develop targeted solutions for engagement and retention.
- Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring consistency and alignment with business expectations.
- Guide managers in setting SMART goals and conducting effective performance conversations.
- Identify high-potential talent and lead career conversations for advancement and retention.
- Champion career advancement, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Sephora University and Retail Leaders to implement capability-building programs.
- Promote and embed a coaching mindset across retail leadership.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce Sephora's values, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Leverage engagement survey results to develop action plans enhancing employee experience.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits frameworks ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Conduct regular store visits to build trust and address HR-related concerns.
- Manage employee relations cases ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Execute Emiratization strategy and program to attract, develop, and retain Emirati talent.

- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent development.
